Thank you for submitting your Maintenance Agreement request BELOW with Billy’s Heating & Air CAV.
This form is a request for service plan enrollment and does not guarantee immediate scheduling or emergency response. After we review your submission:
1. An official QuickBooks invoice/payment link for the selected plan will be emailed to you. Coverage begins only after payment is received and confirmed.

2. Once payment is completed, our office will contact you to schedule your initial maintenance with a goal of 1 business day, visits based on route availability and service area. Response times for future service calls vary by plan level, workload, weather events, holidays, parts availability, and normal business hours.
3. Emergency priority applies to active paid members only. Pricing and coverage apply to one HVAC system/unit only and does not include multiple systems or units within the same household unless separately enrolled.
